It is a tradition for Colegio Tiquipaya to begin the Sports' Year with a special event. Each class has a distintive shirt and Preschoolers include their logo. There is a parade, a short ceremony including the lighting of an Olympic Fire and lots of games. This year the rain forced us to postpone the games; however, here are some pictures of the event and some of the games before the rain spoiled our plans.
The good news is that on Family Day (to be celebrated June 3rd) we'll have a Rally for all kids wanting to participate with their parents or other relatives!!! Don't miss it!
Es una tradición del Colegio Tiquipaya empezar el Año Deportivo con un evento especial. Cada curso tiene una polera distintiva y el Pre-escolar incluye su logo. Hay un desfile, una ceremonia corta que incluye el encendido de la Llama Olimpica y muchos juegos. Este año, la lluvia nos forzó a postoner los juegos; sin embargo, aqui están algunas de las fotos del evento y de algunos juegos antes de que la lluvia arruine nuestros planes.
Las buenas noticias son que en el Día de la Familia (a celebrarse el 3 de Junio), tendremos un Rally para todos los estudiantes que quieran participar con sus padres u otros familiares!!! No se lo pierdan!
